The company currently employs 875 people, of which 48% are professional technicians, including 340 senior technicians and master technicians. Covering an area of 400,000 square meters, the factory has an annual production capacity of 8 million units/120 million kilowatts. Its main products include various types of high-efficiency energy-saving low and high voltage motors, high-efficiency flameproof motors, special-purpose motors, permanent magnet motors, new energy motors, and other synchronous/asynchronous motors. These products are widely used in power plants, metallurgy, coal mines, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, shipbuilding, transportation, water conservancy, cement production, papermaking, environmental protection, and other fields. The company leads the international and domestic mainstream markets, supplies numerous key national engineering projects, and exports to more than 60 countries and regions across Europe, America, and beyond. In terms of enterprise scale and comprehensive economic efficiency, the company ranks among the top three in the industry. It holds a leading market share in flameproof motor products, and its first-level energy efficiency motors account for 20% of the domestic market.
The company was among the first in its industry to obtain ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO50001 international management system certifications, as well as Green Star product certification and a 5A after-sales service system certification. It has successively received CCC compulsory product certification, CQC product certification, EU CE certification, ATEX certification, IEC-Ex certification, US CC and UL certification, Canadian CSA/CUS certification, Russian GOST certification, energy-saving certification, MA Coal Safety certification, SMA metrology conformity certification, and CCS marine certifications for nine major ship-related fields.
